Organize each month's payroll by employee

Enter or import a monthly payroll table and review gross pay, deductions, social contributions, income tax and net pay by employee and period. Update and confirm the payroll record based on the actual payroll information.

Allocate payroll costs using actual business details

When payroll costs need to be split by department or expense type, enter actual amounts or proportions and review the calculation before saving the allocation for later checking.

Review tax and social contribution data from source facts

Record social insurance and housing fund amounts from the actual contribution facts. Cumulative withholding tax calculations cover supported cases and require the relevant year-to-date income, deductions and tax already withheld.

Record accruals and completed payments through vouchers

After payroll is confirmed, record accruals and payments that have already taken place through the voucher workflow. The system records payroll and accounting; it does not initiate bank salary payments or deductions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the system send salary payments?

No. It records payroll activity and payroll ledgers but does not initiate salary payments.

How are payroll entries recorded?

After reviewing payroll activity, record the related entries through vouchers and review them in the ledgers after posting.

Can I import payroll by month?

Yes. Enter or import a monthly payroll table, then review gross pay, deductions, contributions, income tax and net pay by employee and period.

Can payroll costs be allocated to departments?

Yes. Allocate actual amounts or proportions to a department or expense type, then review the result and its basis before saving.

Why does cumulative income-tax calculation need year-to-date data?

Cumulative withholding uses income, deductions and tax already withheld for the year. Verify missing facts first; the calculation does not replace filing.

Can I record salary after it has been paid?

Yes. Record completed salary payments and post the related accrual and payment entries through vouchers. The system does not initiate bank payroll or deductions.
